The AW Campus is part of WEALTH COLLECT Holding and organises training and further education for employees in various sectors at its own AW Campus. The aim is to recruit qualified and motivated employees for our companies in WEALTH COLLECT Holding and for the German labour market. In addition to the main location in Germany, another location is being established in Kenya to enable the qualification of skilled workers on site. In the first phase, around 30 people will be trained as PV service technicians, e-bike service employees and logisticians. The training measures are aimed at covering the Group's own personnel requirements and counteracting the shortage of skilled workers on the German labour market.
