In addition to a training campus in Elsteraue near Leipzig, a second location was established in Nairobi. In addition to professional qualifications, young talents receive intercultural training and language lessons. The initiative is supported by cooperation with the Düsseldorf Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Nairobi Chamber of Foreign Trade, creating valuable networks and partnerships.

Despite bureaucratic challenges, the project is showing promising results. The first Kenyan skilled workers have already left for Germany, and more are expected to follow. The aim is to integrate more than 100 workers into the German market on a sustainable basis by 2025.

This pioneering project not only reflects WCH Holding’s commitment to innovative solutions, but also shows how international partnerships can lead to a win-win situation. With courage and vision the Group is setting new standards in securing skilled labour.
